The vault ceilings with antique friezes and the exposed masonry walls add a touch of charm to the bedroom and living area. The beautiful double bedroom is enriched by delicately embroidered bedsheets, an antique yellow marble fireplace and soft lighting. A cot can be added on request. The living area is a large open space with a modern kitchen, smart TV, and a double sofa bed. The welcoming bathroom features a large shower. A fully equipped laundry area is also available.

Check in: between 3PM and 7PM, to be arranged before arrival. Please contact us for arrivals after 7PM.
Check out: between 8AM and 10AM. Please liaise with us for check out before 8AM.
Use of the apartments is limited to the number of guests expressed in the booking.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.
To preserve the building’s aesthetic, we kindly ask you not to hang clothes, towels or other items on outside the building.
Theft and damage liability Palazzo Trevignane cannot be held responsible for theft or damage to guests’ personal property.
Any damage, breakage or theft of the assets let out to guests will be withheld from the security deposit or from the credit card used as security.
PRICES
Prices for 2 people Additional people: €35 per day
Prices are based on two people per apartment. Cost for each extra person (from the age of 3): €35 (this includes towels and bed linen, changed weekly).
Children aged 3 and over are priced as adults. This means:
Children up to the age of 2: free of charge
Children 3 and over – €35/day
Highchair: free
Baby bathtub: free
Cot/crib: free up to the age of 2
Towels and bed linen: included in the price, changed weekly.
Prices include:
• IVA
• Utilities: gas, electricity, heating and water
• Washing machine and dishwasher use (excluding detergent)
• On request upon booking: highchair and baby bathtub
• Linen supplied: bedsheets, towel set, bath mat, tea towels.
Extra services, to be paid on arrival:
• Additional sheet change during the week: €10 per bed
• Additional towel/bath mat change during the week: €5 per person
• Superficial cleaning of the apartment during your stay, excluding kitchen: €30
• City tax for San Felice del Benaco: €1 from April 1st to October 31st (children up to the age of 14 are exempt)*
* To be paid in cashon arrival. All other costs can be paid in cash at the end of your stay.
Payment in advance On booking, you will be charged for 30% of the cost of your stay. In the event of cancellations up to 7 days before your arrival date, this sum will be refunded (with the exclusion of any admin fees).
Refundable deposit
A refundable deposit of €200 is required.
The deposit amount will be pre-authorized on your credit card two days before your departure.
This amount will be refunded within 5 days after the check out, if the apartment inspection will have a positive outcome.
Attention:
• Additional charge if kitchen is left dirty at the end of your stay: €30 (withheld from deposit)
• Additional charge if waste is not disposed of at the end of your stay: €30 (withheld from deposit)
• Additional charge if apartment keys are not returned at the end of your stay: €30 + additional lock replacement charges
Cancellation policy
Free cancelation up to 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations made from 6 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total stay.
No shows will be charged at 100% of the booking cost.
